Yarborough / With my best Wishes / Hubert H. Humphrey." Humphrey served as Vice Presidnet for Lyndon Johnson from 1964 until 1968. He was the democtracti nomineee for Vice PResident in the contentious 1968 Presidential Election, after Presient Johnson decided not to run and Robert F. Kennedy was killed in Los Angeles. He supported Johnsons war stance, which was unpopular with democratic voters. He lost to former Vice Presidnet Richard Nixon. He would return to the Senate in 1971. [Attributes: Soft Cover]
