Marbled endpapers, armorial bookplate of Sir Robert Peel to FEP, armorial bookplate of Sir Mervyn Lloyd Peel to FFEP, ink inscription to head of title-page, lightly foxed. The first edition of the first work by antiquary Sir Samuel Rush Meyrick (1783-1848) - an authoritative and expansive history the county of Cardigan, Wales.
