Cohen 471; NCBEL II, 521. 8vo, 19th century dark green half morocco, green cloth sides, gilt decorations and lettering, t.e.g., others untrimmed. 20 hand-colored plates. ¦ Four comic narratives by Charles Robert Forrester (1803-1850), probably with some help from his brother Alfred Henry Forrester (1804-1872), who also drew the illustrations. The Forrester brothers used the pseudonym Alfred Crowquill both jointly and separately.
