Collates complete. Engraved title-page Variant B mounted, repaired with some loss. Printed title-page also mounted. Engraved initials and head- and tail-pieces. Some repairs and very minor soiling ¿ e.g. "Proper Lessons" and Kalendar extended, repaired; leaf E1 bearing Genesis 50 with old amateurish repair and manuscript replacement of lost text; similar but smaller repair on Z3, I Samuel 13; first few leaves of NT repaired, with some text affected but not lost; also second leaf of Romans. Other occasional tears/repairs and extending. Some light staining but overall, a fresh lovely copy in a superb, imposing binding of full reversed old calf with full metal furniture and clasps (clasps partially perished).
