Pp. iv, 566; iv, 476; iv, 476, with 27 aquatint plates (1 hand-coloured), 1 hand-coloured map, 1 folding table, 1 engraved plate and text illustrations. 2 plates in volume 2 poorly tinted in red, staining the opposing leaves, a little light browning in places, but a very good sound set.
