Fine copy from the library of Ericsberg, with the book plate of Carl Jedvard Bonde. Oettinger 16712. Kress C.1741 (with part two in second edition). First edition. Gabriel Julien Ouvrard (1770-1838) was a French financier and business man who made a fortune during the napoleonic wars and after the restauration. He went however bankrupt in 1823 and never recovered. He died in London.
