And in order to satisfy the French Government, that no difficulty will be made on the part of the Cabinet of Vienna to exchange the above mentioned officers for the three French Generals demanded by the French Government, we are directed to send you the enclosed extract of a letter from lord Minto, His Majesty's minister at Vienna, to Lord Greenville, which leaves no doubt upon this point [.]».
