Much edge, tips wear, rubbing to the binding; leather splitting along spine edges & chipped some at top and bottom of spine; bottom edge of page 53-54 torn away, with loss of several words; leaves darkened some, occasional spot or blemish; volume still bound firmly, and in about good condition.
