The Lake Isle of Innisfree.
[Dundrum, Dublin:] Printed and Published by Elizabeth C. Yeats at the Cuala Press, [1908] - Broadsheet (355 x 225 mm) with text printed in black and three initials illuminated in colour. Partial toning commensurate with the sheet having been framed or mounted, some slight residue at the top edge, but generally excellent condition. First separate edition of Yeats's most famous poem, printed and hand illuminated by his sister Lilly Yeats at the Cuala Press. This production is very scarce: we can trace only two copies ever having appeared at auction, in 1975 and 2008; Copac lists only two examples held in UK institutions, with OCLC adding nine in the US.
