Hardcover binding with minor shelfwear and soiling; protected in archival mylar. Initialed on the front endpaper "For E.T. from H.M. Oct. 27, 1933." Included is a Christmas card from Harriet Monroe dated by when she moved to the I.W.A. Club behind the old Water Tower in Chicago. Monroe and Tietjens were close at this time, as evidenced by their short poems both appearing on page 30. Illustrated. The pages are eveny toned/browned. First edition..
