Contemporary full mottled calf, worn on the corners and the head of the spines, some marginal worming to the last pages of the first volume and a little dusty but a Very Good sound copy. The fine large maps are engraved by T. Kitchen and R.S. Seale after J.B.B. D?Anville and S. Bolton. This important work contains many practical articles on inventions and improvements as well as on commercial practises such as banking, commercial bills and customs house business.
