A set of William Inge's two novels and two plays by the American playwright and novelist known for his solitary protagonists with strained sexual relations. His descriptions of small town American life and settings earned him the reputation "Playwright of the Midwest." "My Son is a Splendid Driver" is an autobiographical novel. Inge plays were produced all across America, including Broadway and awarded numerous prizes as well as adapted for the screen. DJs rubbed with very light wear along edges. DJs, binding and interior in overall very good condition.
