- Antique print, untitled. Designs for jewellery. Engraving on laid paper. Description: Undescribed print after designs by Mensma. Rare!Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Christiaan F. Fritsch' after 'Alger Nicolaas Mensma'. Christiaan F. Fritsch (active 1740-1780) originated from Hamburg. He worked for Jan Punt and others as engraver. Alger Nicolaas Mensma (1682-1757) worked as a silversmith in Amsterdam. Condition: Very good, given age. Ample margins. Faint creasing in the top left of the image. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully. Storage location: TPCRC-A23-15 The overall size is ca. 8.1 x 13 inch. The image size is ca. 6.9 x 10.4 inch. The overall size is ca. 20.5 x 33 cm. The image size is ca. 17.6 x 26.5 cm.
