London: Westminster Gazette, 1894 - Octavo. Original blue pictorial cloth, titles to spine and front board dark brown, image of Dolly stamped in brown to front board, pattern endpapers. Light spotting to pages, front hinge starting, spine toned with titles faded, rubbing and wear to cloth at corners and ends of spine, light wear to extremities. A very good copy. Frontispiece and three black and white illustrations by Arthur Rackham. First hardback edition, printed one month after the wrapper edition, of the first book to be wholly illustrated by Rackham.
