A fine, unopened copy. First and signed limited edition, number 121 of 760 copies signed and dated by the author. This is the only Einstein signed limited edition, and the first publication of Einstein's autobiographical notes, in which he famously described the awakening of his scientific curiosity when shown a compass as a child. The contents of this volume include Einstein's autobiographical notes, a facsimile of his handwriting, descriptive and critical essays on his work, Einstein's reply to the essays, and a bibliography.
