A series of stories of the West Coast First Nations by the great Canadian painter, written while she lived with them. Illustrated with 4 colour reproductions of Carr's work. Emily Carr is a Canadian icon and one of the first painters to usher modernism and post-impressionism to Canada. Books signed by Carr, are exceedingly scarce. 1941
