FIRST PRINTING.Contains,among others,Gray's Elegy in a Country Church-Yard and Blair's Grave.The first poem in the book,Young's The Last Day,has a title page of its own with the same publisher/printer details,and date as the general title page.One page with loss to the top outer corner-not affecting the text.Browning to pages throughout but text very bright and readable.Contemporary binding of marbled paper covered boards with sheep spine,ruled in gilt.Rubbing and wear to edges of boards but overall a near very good copy of this scarce early New York printing.:
