Philadelphia: George Rees, 1831. Very Good. Broadside printed in a variety of display types. Measuring 12" x 19.25". In the right margin is an ink sketch of one of the two properties here offered for sale. Old folds, small tears at the folds, small nicks and chips at the margins, but untrimmed and very good or better. Currently shrink-wrapped onto cardstock, Large and artifactually attractive broadside. Unrecorded by OCLC.
