Good Health and How We Won It (in original dust jacket)
Stokes, New York 1909 - First edition, presumed either second state binding or publisher's remainer binding as this copy is in plain maroon cloth lettered cover and spine in gilt. Copyright page reads only "1909" making the book a first edition. it is in a later issue dust wrapper with an ad on the rear panel for Olive Schreiner's "Woman and Labor" which was published in 1911. The book is a tight, fine example. The impossible to find dust wrapper is white printed in brown; touch of light soiling , small chip to head of the spine strip which is also lightly tones and has some light scuffing. 302 pp. with index; 16 full page illustrations. A scarce and obscure Sinclair work dealing with health issues and particularly with diet, as well as exercise, bathing and cleanliness. [Attributes: First Edition; Hard Cover]
