Description: Original antique master print published ca. 1830 (estimate). Published by Desguerrois. Our definition of a Master Print is a seperately published print or series of prints, not being an illustrative print to a text. These can both be prints made by old masters (artists) or prints made by others (artists, engravers, etchers) after old masters.Artists and Engravers: Lithographed by Desguerrois after A. Weiss. Anton Weiss (1801-1851), a Austrian lithographer and painter of still lives of flowers, fruit and feral. He studied in Amsterdam under J.A. Daiwaille. Desguerrois was a Dutch lithographic publisher (active 1813-1874). Condition: Very good, given age. Small stains in the bottom left of the image, a small stain in the bottom right margin. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully. Professionally matted, not examined out of matting. Storage location: DPO16-04 The overall size is ca. 23.4 x 20.5 inch. The image size is ca. 15.6 x 11.8 inch. The overall size is ca. 59.5 x 52 cm. The image size is ca. 39.5 x 30 cm.
