Approximately 90 late nineteenth-century hand-coloured albumen paper photographs of Japan
- The material ranges from standard fare (iconic structures, picturesque landscapes, exotic costumes) to most interesting and unusual street-level documentary images. These large-format prints (on average 205 x 265 mm) have never been mounted, and judging by the freshness of the extensive handcolouring, they have barely seen the light of day. Each one is now individually housed in a Mylar sleeve with an acid-free card support. Please use the 'Ask Bookseller a Question' link below to confirm availability and postage charges.
