Tragedy of Hamlet, Prince of Denmark
East Aurora, New York: Roycrofters, 1902. Quarto. Inscribed most likely by Alice Hubbard for Elbert. Inscription reads;" To H. H. Tammen/from his friend/ Elbert Hubbard/ March 10, 1904". H.H. Tammen was a wealthy dealer in curios. His company, H.H. Tammen & Co. was based in Denver . 172pp., bound in half brown suede over paper covered boards lettering gilt, printed on Roycroft handmade paper, top edge gilt all others uncut, minor wear to corners, chip to foot of spine, wrinkle to front free endpaper towards inner hinge, nice previous owner's bookplate. A very nice copy.
