Map] Plano del Centro de la Ciudad de Mexico
Instituto Panamericano de Geografía e Historia [1935], Tacubaya, Mexico - Measuring 55 x 55 cm, this is an interest city plan of the center of Mexico City, on which the plan of the Aztec temple area of Tenochtitlan has been overlaid in red. "Nota. La lineas y nombres en rojo indican la Ciudad pre-hispánica (México-Tenochtitlan). Las lineas y nombres en negro indican la ciudad moderna." The map is taken from Alcocer's book entitled Apuntes sobre la antigua México-Tenochtitlán, which seems to be very scarce - OCLC shows only the Bancroft having a copy. Some wrinkling and folds to the map, but very good. [Attributes: First Edition]
