The GEhenna Press, Northampton, MA 1962 - A total of 500 copies were printed. Fifty copies( i-L) were specially bound at the Harcourt Bindery, THIS BEING NUMBER xiii. Provided with an extra suite of plates in a folding heavy stock sleeve. From the Gehenna Essays in Art, this is the first volume. The text is set in monotype Centaur and Arrighi types, printed on Amalfi hand-made Italian paper. A fine production from the Gehenna Press.
