Pegeen Vail First Exhibition
New York: Art of this Century, 1946. Ephemera. Good+ (Possibly torn from a tri-fold card pamphlet - slightly uneven edges on two ends). Single 7x9-inch card, blue with white lettering on one side; bw illustration on the other. Catalog of an exhibition of 12 works by Pegeen Vail (1925-1967), held Mar. 9-30, 1946. All were gouaches and drawings. Pegeen was Peggy Guggenheim's daughter and the niece of Solomon R. Guggenheim. The exhibiting gallery belonged to Peggy Guggenheim. Scarce.
