Includes vignette color illustrations of A Farm in Great Langdale, Buttermere and Crummock Water, and Winderemer. Key includes Roads, Railways, Youth Hostels, Places of Literary or Historic Interest, Rock Climbing, Golf, Sailing, Boating, and Fishing Centres, and Waterfalls. Elevation shown by coloration. The Lake District became a National Park in 1951. This broadside is "Printed for H.M. Stationery Office by Taylor Garnett Evans & Co. Ltd." .
