Publisher's prospectus mounted to the front free endsheet. Taped along the front hinge. There are sporadic small, light stains on the pages. From the collection of Berkeley book collector and letter press printer, John Ruyle, with his notations in pencil on the front free endsheet. First edition, variant 1. Beinvenue p. 286.
