An about fine copy with Eugene Worley's name stamped on the front fly. Worley was a U.S. Representative from Texas and had served as a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy from December 1941 to August 1942, while a Member of Congress. This is a comprehensive report on the evacuation of persons of Japanese ancestry carried out by the Army in the interests of national security in the spring of 1942. [Attributes: First Edition]
