All one hundred volumes are in fine condition and all are bound in full, highly decorated leather covered boards in various colors with raised bands on the spines, gilt text and decorations in the compartments and gilt tool work on the boards. The end papers are silk with a matching silk placement ribbon sewn in at the head of the spine. There are no major nor minor detractions from the appearance of any of these volumes and none have even a hint of prior owner names, markings, dates or book plates. All three edges of the text blocks are gilt. Seldom does one find a full set of this exclusive, leather bound collection available for sale.
