Spines lettered and richly decorated in gilt with raised bands. Double gilt rules and blind decorative borders to both upper and lower boards. Marbling to fore-edges of text block. Marbled end-papers and armorial bookplates to front paste-down of each volume. All silk markers present. A very attractive set.
