Handsomely bound in gilt stamped blue leather, unpaginated, illustrated with 191 black and white photographic plates plates, including plans. Near Fine, slight waviness top edge first 20 pages, leather a bit rubbed bottom fore edge, faint foxing edges of page block. Known primarily for his residential designs, Baum was active mainly in New York and Florida, where he designed the home of John and Mabel Ringling, which is now part of the Ringling Museum of Art.
