J. Wetstenium, Amstelaedami (Amsterdam) 1743 - Complete two volume set. Very fine full red morocco leather bindings by Jeremiah Larkins. Spine have five raised bands, gilt lettering and decoration to compartments. Double gilt fillet to boards, gilt decorated board edges and turn-ins. Top page edge gilt, other edges untrimmed, marbled endpapers. Previous owner's inscription to leading blanks (dated 1924). Engraved frontis and fold out plate to Vol I, fold out frontis to Vol II. Light foxing to page edges, otherwise in very clean condition throughout. Text in both Greek and Latin. An excellent example in very attractive bindings. Overall condition is Very Good Plus.
