Christiani Liebezeit, Hamburg 1706 - A scarce collection of 6 works, with individual title pages, in contemporary full vellum binding. The first 3 works are often bound together and 1706 is the first collected edition. However, the additional 3 titles are very scarce in themselves. Bibliotheca Germanica 1679 is the first edition of the first general bibliography of Germany. Vindiciae Nominis Germanici, by Johann Friedrich Cramer (1664-1715) is similarly scarce. We have included minimal details of each work for reasons of space - please enquire if you would like more details on any of the works included. The full vellum binding has some grubbiness but is in very good condition. The contents are clean and in very good condition: some sections have brown toning to the paper. Many decorative head and tailpieces and initial capitals.
