Missing Volume VII Services Around The World (Not available). The 'Craven and Cate' is considered THE BEST accounting of U.S. Army Air Forces in World War II. Although NOT published through the U.S. government, it is considered to be "the official" accounting. In some cases the Craven and Cate set is not as detailed as found in many other 'monographs', it is still a GREAT set. Original editions are becoming hard to find. Has been reprinted.
