Library stamp from a segreated public elementary school for African Americans in Tennessee on two text leaves. Corners dog-eared on a few pages. No Jacket. Griggs, a Baptist minister in Memphis, wrote (and published) several of these racial self-help books, but is most remembered for his five racially-themed novels.
