First edition, first issue. This book was published in 1896 by the Tower Publishing Company Limited, which went out of business shortly thereafter. Thacker reissued the book in 1898 with their cancel title leaf replacing that of Tower. Adventure novel of the discovery of a pre-Phoenician civilization in the African interior.
