IV.1, 871, 309 Kirchner 1211th Schulte-S. 258, 61st-The rather rare last vintage of the famous Schubart newspaper (under his direction), which has been published twice a week since 1774 in the free imperial cities of Augsburg and in particular in Ulm (after 1787 in Stuttgart). -The Württemberg duke Carl Eugen, who in 1774/1775 felt "the most rejuvenated" by Schubart's writings, left the unpleasant in January 1777 by an official with a cunning "on undisputed Herzogl. Württemberg's land "beckons so that he could be immediately imprisonkled there" (Carl Eugen). Schubart then famously spent 10 bitter years in the so-called ' prince's tomb ' in the prison of Hohenasperg. Schubart is considered one of the best-known victims of judicial arbitrariness in the age of absolutism. After the release in 1787, a sequel was released under a new name "Patriotic Chronicle," the present last vintage under the title "Chronicle." Schubert died on October 10, 1791, in Issue No. 82 of 14 October is entirely dedicated to his memory, G.Fr. Stäudlin wrote a multi-page obituary of Schubart and the son Ludwig Schubart a lyrical resonance.
