First Edition. Hardcover. Octavo. 3 volumes in one: 304 pages; 132 pages; 311 pages. Paper covered boards with leather spine, leather joints, and leather corner tips. Red leather title label (partially loose) on the spine. Leather on the spine is chipped at the head and base. The front board is detached. The title page is partially glued to the front paste down (affecting the far left margin of the title page. No loss of content). The front blank end paper is detached. Moderate toning to the contents. Laws cover restrictions to Indian Territory, dividing line of the Florida Territory, and Slave laws. An inscription written on the detached front end sheet reads - "Judge Thos. Hall Moore, Cobb County, Georgia. Westwood Farm 2 miles east of Marietta Ga." Below the first inscription is a second inscription, possibly in the same hand, - Dr. ? James M. Moore born in Marietta lived the last years of his life at Westwood Plantation. Died there in 1918."
