A beautiful copy in exceptionally good condition in the original first issue dust jacket with price and Lawrence Stalling's review of Death in the afternoon. Dust jacket with a couple of tiny chips on lower edge, generally an excellent copy. First edition, first printing with Scribner's seal and A on copyright page. Six of these fourteen short stories are here printed for the first time.
