New French confectioner, or the art of the Moderne confectioner, containing the best processes for cooking and preparing all types of sugars, Dragees, Candies, Pastilles, Candis, Pasta, Marmalades, Compotes, Raisines, Jellies, Preserves, Choc In-12 bound, half vellum with corners, 260 pp., ONLY EDITION OF THIS RARE BOOK which was lacking in almost all the great collections, unknown to Barbier, hardly cited by Vicaire, and which was lacking in Cagle, Bitting, Simon , Oberlé, as well as to all the major collections, except Dartois II, 293 and Cébé-Greven n ° 321.
