Boy Scouts of America: Official Handbook. First Edition, 1st Printing ~ 1911
New York: Doubleday, Page & Company, 1911. Boy Scouts of America: The Official Handbook for Boys First edition Rare first edition, first issue of the official Boy Scout Handbook in the scarce maroon covers. Garden City, NY: Doubleday, Page & Company, 1911. pp. [i], xiv, 404, [1] + 27 pages of ads. First issue with 1911 on both title page and verso. In good to very good condition, with significant wear to covers, creasing to pages, and cracks and losses to spine. The binding remains tight, internally clean but for some soiling to the first few pages.
