Good condition for being over 100 years old. Cover is leather with some wear. Name markings on front and back page, looks like it's done in pencil. All original binding with the first blank page loose but intact and pages complete and in intact. No rips or tears on any of the pages but a few pages have small pencil underlining. Highly collectable.
