It contains pieces published in 1922 and the British Library catalogues also list it as 1922. The collection includes 'Goblin Feet' by J. R. R. Tolkien (misspelled Tolk[ei]n several times). There are 2 sets of poems by children, the first by E. Wyndham Tennant, and the second by Vivienne Dayrell. With an index of authors and bibliography. Dark charcoal paper covered boards with printed paper title label on spine, and title label laid onto front with woodcut by C. T. Nightingale of a pixie throwing apples down from a tree, to accompany the first poem in the collection, 'The Apple Rhyme,' by M. Nightingale. CONDITION. VG copy. One of the best examples of this very scarce work we've encountered. Tight binding and text in very good+ condition internally.
