Fog Frac/Tured Pangea
The Studio of Nothing Else, 2018. Ebner, Barry. Limited Edition. Hardcover. One of a variable edition of 21, elephant folio size, [48] pp. Fine. Barry works intuitively through each image, creating a surface of both turbulent mark making and gently overlapping spaces, in a work that is as much visceral as visual; the text interacts within the space as another visual element, and each poem forms a different reading of the monotypes, as text and image dance on the printed page. ___DESCRIPTION: Full grey cloth, paper label with monotype on the front board, all edges uncut, black endpapers, monotypes by Barry Ebner throughout, broadside (13" by 9") with full poem by Liz McCall in a pocket on the rear paste-down endpaper; elephant folio size (16" by 13"), 48 unnumbered pages, one of a variable edition of 21, unnumbered. ___CONDITION: Volume is fine, with clean boards, straight corners with no rubbing, a strong, square text block with solid hinges, the interior is clean and bright, … [Click Below for Full Description]
