Edition published without publisher's name and containing, for the first time, the full text of Confessions, the first three books of which were published in the collective edition in-4 of 1782, illustrated with 32 plates, 35 titles engraved after Marillier, Naigeon, Le Clerc, Monnet, Moreau le Jeune, Boucher, Le Barbier etc. and numerous musical scores, some of which are fold-out.
