Various Printers, 1865. With inscription and manuscript notes possibly written by the author. First Edition. Hardcover. Octavo. Bound in three-quarter leather with marbled paper covered boards. Edge wear to boards and corners. Light rubs to the leather joints and corners. Light scattered foxing to the earlier printed sermons. Majority of the sermons are in very good condition. Copied text of articles from the New York Times on white paper dated September 10, 1895 and September 13, 1895 relate to Rev. Hall's health on the 10th and his obituary on the 13th are laid inside book. Sermons include: 1. The Christian Priesthood.
