Books protected in a removable mylar jacket. Volume I - 11th Edn, 1916, Sir Max Aitken. Boards are in very good condition overall. Light fading to the boards and some small black marks to rear. Spine is faded and gilt titles are very slightly rubbed but still bright and vivid. The hinges are tight and sound. Internally the pages are generally very clean and tidy. A little toning to front title page. No stamps. No inscriptions. No foxing. FFEP has been cleanly removed. Closed tear to one page at the rear. Volume II - 5th Edn, 1917, Lord Beaverbrook. Boards are in very good condition overall. Light fading to the boards and some small marks. Spine is faded and marked but gilt titles remain bright and vivid. The hinges are tight and sound. Internally the pages are generally very clean and tidy. A little toning to front title page. No stamps. No inscriptions. No foxing. Volume III - 1st Edn, 1918, major Charles G D Roberts.
