Very Good ++ A rare first edition / first impression signed by Catherine Schell who starred in the role of "Nancy" alongside George Lazenby in the 1969 James Bond film based on the book; comes with superb original unclipped dust jacket. Publisher's black clothed hardback cover with white tram-line motif to front board and silver lettering to spine. Minor bumping at spine ends; binding fine, book tight. Interior, clean and leafs white; some minor speckling to text block edge. Small seller sticker on front paste-down page and the "Catherine Schell" signature at top of ffep. Small mark at foot of ffep otherwise near fine throughout. Excellent very good + original dust jacket showing unclipped price of 16s. net. The colours retain an excellent vibrancy and the spine has only the mildest of sunning and is thus far superior to most copies found on Ebay; showing great red lettering title. There is a small tear to foot of front hinge flap but otherwise close to near fine and a really excellent example. A great collector's piece that will grace any serious collection.
