The Living China A Pictorial Record 1930 RARE Chinese photobook SHANGHAI
1930. In AVERAGE condition with signs of wear and handling. Cover has wear at corners, edges, and spine ends. You'll notice that the bottom page corners are bumped (see photos). The back board shows signs of dampstain around the edges, but it appears the dampstain affects mainly the back board and maybe some of the final pages--hard to tell. Original tissue guards are present, BUT one of the tissue guards is torn, with 1/3 of the tissue sheet missing. SEE PHOTOS. Rare! It is not evident that any subsequent edition ever appeared." Includes a handwritten inscription in both Chinese and English, dated June 27, 1930, the ye … [Click Below for Full Description]
