The Eye Opener 1st Group Level Printing 1951 Alexandria VA Alcoholics Anonymous
1951. The Eye Opener is a daily meditation book for members of Alcoholics Anonymous written by Robbie Robinson in 1951. This is the 1st of 2 privately published group level printings, this one sponsored by the Alexandria Group in Alexandria, VA. Robbie published this anonymously. Just like Twenty Four Hours a Day had been originally privately published at the group level by the Daytona Group, written by Richmond Walker. Today, Hazelden distributes both books. Robbie also wrote The God Angle, which was published in 1972. All of these books mentioned are hard to find. The Daytona 24 hours can go for as much as $1500. Thanks to a dated copy that recently surfaced, we know the book was in print by September of 1955. Prior to 1955, the Southeastern Convention was held in Miami on only one occasion: 1950. So, 1950+"last year"=1951 2) The First Edition of The Eye Opener states on its full title … [Cliquez ci-dessous pour une description complète]
